CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Dear Guests and Customers,

We are experiencing an unprecedented era when the purpose above all is to be humane, and our mandate must be to protect each other first and as a community look after our fellow humans.

In order to preserve the health and safety of our guests and staff it is with a very heavy heart that we have decided to close the Fermain Valley Hotel and all restaurants with immediate effect. This includes BúhoThe Rock GardenOcean Greek EatsAdventureRooms Guernsey and Cinema.

This decision aligns with the latest guidance from the The States of Guernsey and Direction from the Committee from Home Affairs that implemented the closure of Nightclubs and Bars. We have made the decision to go one step further and guided by the values of the business and for the wellbeing of the public to close our beloved hotel, restaurants and bars with immediate effect. (22.03.2020) until further notice.
The main purpose of this measures is to ensure the COVID-19 is maintained in its ‘contained’ status and to enable social distancing to be maintained.

For any guests who have booked accommodation for March & April, our reservations team will be in touch over the coming days, to arrange an outcome that best suits you. Please be patient with us at this congested and difficult time as we manage the transition of the business.

We want to thank all of our wonderful guests and staff for their understanding and continued support during this challenging time. We hope to welcome you all again soon.
In the meantime we urge everyone to adhere to all government and health authority advice, to abide by social contact guidelines, wash your hands regularly and be considerate in your purchase decisions.

Stay safe and take care of each other.
